Yesterday I attended the surgery for a routine appointment - the receptionists were really brilliant - friendly, professional and very helpful. I don't think it was just because of my good looks and magnificent physique because they were just the same with every patient after me as well. When I went through to see the nurse - Deborah or Debs but NOT Debbie - she was just as brilliant - extremely friendly and very informative. With that type of treatment I cant wait to be poorly again. If you live in the area and don't have have a GP get down to Westbourne Surgery in Marsh, Huddersfield - you certainly will not be disappointed.

Dr Iqbal is an asset to the surgery as for the receptionist they do a telephone diagnostics to determine how much more they can put the patient in pain for (they seem to know better because they diagnose and all of a suddon seem qualified to say no its not an emergency) , as they are never helpfull, never call back save cost on calling back never give appointments as soon as required

After visiting the surgery for a routine appointment I must let you know how wonderful this surgery and its staff are. As usual I was greeted by the cheerful reception staff and the nurse performed her duties in a friendly and efficient way, always giving more time for any other problems that may need advice. I would recommend this surgery very highly and cannot praise them enough for their wonderful work.

I saw Dr Bairstow, who is calm and measured in his approach and always gives time to listen to you, and provides balanced feedback and recommendations. This visit he described the back pain i was experiencing and possible solutions, and from this we took a route of action. He did not rush and i left the surgery clear and satisfied on the course of actions. Service was friendly, timely and co-operative. Dr Bairstow himslef is a credit to the surgery. On giving even greater care i would suggest giving the patients potential sources/info to further read up on the injury/problem they may have to get a better understanding.

Having gone to see my GP with severe headaches previously. I cannot praise enough the tenacity of Dr Aggawal getting to the bottom of my condition. After sending me for several tests to hospital and ruling out many possible causes she finally found the cause. She gave me regular updates and appointments to discuss my condition which is still ongoing. I cannot thank her enough for her persistence and dedication.
